FOR GROWING COMPANIES
Stacked, the implementation programme
The system installed where the work happens, wave by wave, on evidence.
Build an organisation, a team or a career that outperforms, outlasts and matters, one relationship at a time.
A new operating system from the builders of the world's greatest teams.
Growth broke the way of working. More people somehow made things slower, half the company wasn’t here a year ago, and every decision still routes through you. The fixes so far were events, the offsite, the software, the reorg, and events end. This programme installs the operating system where the work happens, and stays until it sticks.

THE DOCTRINE
The work runs structures first. Technology serves the way of working, and the way of working is designed around people. The trap is tool-led transformation, the fix that arrives as software before it arrives as structure. Here the software comes last, if it comes at all.
THE STANDARD
The greatest teams are pluralist about people and ruthless about standards. The Stack is the standards half, built so difference can perform.
HOW IT RUNS
Month one is the masterclass, your leadership team in one room for a day, the system installed at the top first. Then a pilot unit runs the system for real, and the same free assessment that opens this site returns as the pilot’s measure, so the effect is counted from a baseline rather than claimed. Waves follow. Each wave is priced on its own, you can stop at the end of any wave, and the next wave starts only when the last one’s numbers say so.
THE CAST RULE
Every installation starts with two named people. A sponsor who owns the organisation being built, and a champion who owns the team the pilot runs in. No pilot without both. The people in the unit are building careers, and the programme is built to serve all three at once. If you can’t name a sponsor and a champion yet, start with the keynote or the masterclass.
GRADUATION
The programme ends on purpose. Graduation means the way of working is measured, carried by your people, and handed from one person to the next without me in the room. Three values govern every engagement along the way: work as if people mattered; nobody builds alone; evidence before anthem.
